UNPROFESSIONAL. That word summarizes my experience with this "company". I ordered 3 tops, I kept 2 Bia Brazil (which the fit and quality is not the best) and returned one (I never got a shipping slip or email confirmation) I called the "company" and someone answered "hello?" So I asked is this Nelasport wear? "Oh, yes"... REALLY? The lady barely spoke English and gave me an email to get the instructions on how to make a return. I sent the email, and they asked me to look at the "policies" on their website... well, no surprise their website has a glitch and couldn't see it, so after a lot of energy and time wasted trying to do something that you normally do in 10 minutes... I was able to return the top, and 3 weeks afterwards I had to open a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. Pretty *** to not think about providing a good experience so they can have returning customers.

Items not received

I placed an online order the week of Thanksgiving. I called to check the status of my order since I had not yet been sent a tracking number. They explained the had been closed the day after I ordered for the remainder of the week.I then gave them a few more days. Never heard back nor did I get a tracking number on my order. When I called she explained that they sent me an emailing (which I did not get until after calling them) regarding that one item was out of stock. Asking if I wanted a refund or a different pair of the pants. I replied to the email (which by the way I got 24 hrs later) immediately saying I will take the other pair. That was 12-06-13. She assured me the others had been shipped out already. I briefly spoke with her this morning and she was going to contacting shipping to see what happened to the order and call me back. I haven't received a call as of yet. I called 4 times being sent to the voicemail/answering service. I have disputed all charges through my credit card company. I was looking forward to both pair of bottoms that I had ordered. In return was disappointed with the run around they gave me time after time. I hope that if you order here you not only do your homework but if choosing to order your experience is better that what I encountered.

They never shipped my products, but charged my credit card anyway

I placed an order for about $270 from NelaSportswear. They immediately charged my credit card, but I never received the item. I demanded a full refund which they said they would only give me if I returned the item. But I never received the item. They claim it was shipped, but had no tracking information that they could provide to me. Additionally, the English in some of the emails was so terrible it was almost unreadable. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge on my credit card in order to get the refund. The company is a giant scam run out of China trying to steal money from American shoppers. While the items on the site may appear cute - they only charge your card for them, but do not ship them to you. Please beware.

I have been buying pants from this company since 2009 and as far as I know it's not run out of China. They have a distribution center in Miami (been there) and a warehouse I think in California, all my orders came on time and I always have had a tracking number when I asked for one.

Ripped off by Nelasportswear.com

I ordered 3 workout outfits online on November 1st, I received them Nov. 8th. One of the outfits was sent in the wrong size, one did not fit correctly and the other I opted to keep. I contacted the company regarding a possible exchange and for return instructions. I received an email with return instructions containing a RMA# but no info on how to exchange so I called. I was told to return the items with a request in writing for a refund enclosed with them and to just place a new order on the site since shipping was free and it was the quickest way to get refund. On Nov. 9th I shipped out the items with instructions to refund the $175.45 to my credit card. I never received a refund so I called on Nov 18th to confirm they received the items and ask about my refund. They informed me they did receive the items but were not giving me a refund, but rather an exchange and partial refund for the balance. I told them that I did not want that, I wanted my refund as stated in the return package. They refused to do so, saying they had already mailed me out an exchange. When I requested proof of such, tracking info, confirmation email, etc. they refused to produce such info and refund. After requesting over and over for a refund, I finally informed them I would be disputing the charge since they had the merchandise AND the money and were not honoring their own return policy. I was emailed the next day by the owner saying she would refund the money if I did not dispute the charge and confirming that their was no exchange shipment information. I thanked her and told her I had already contacted the CC company regarding the charge because her employees had refused to issue refund or provide exchange shipment confirmation. I never heard back, never got the full refund, only an $80.45 refund, not one for the other item returned which was an additional $95.00. I emailed her regarding it and she only offered to refund if I had not disputed items??? They still have my money and the merchandise and NEVER shipped an exchange or any other merchandise. This company is committing credit card and internet fraud and I have tried over and over to work with them to no avail. I even had to pay for the $12 return shipping and insurance when they sent the wrong sized items. As of today they have my money, the merchandise AND their imaginary exchange shipment never arrived nor could they produce proof that they ever even shipped anything. Buyer beware do not buy from this site.

I ordered a pair of workout pants for a Christmas gift and when they arrived they were much, much smaller than I thought they would be. I called customer service hoping to order another pair quickly so as to get them on time for the holiday.

I was prepared to pay for the second pair and mail the first pair back and get refunded for them later. Well, the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful. Not only did she order the pants for me, she told me that as long as I mail back the first pair within fifteen days, they wouldn't charge my card for the new pair.

I am quick to complain when something goes wrong, but I sometimes forget to compliment when things go well.

The whole process on the phone took under five minutes and couldn't have been more pleasant.

Excellent customer service is rare these days and this was an outstanding example of how to do it right. Definitely going to be shopping at this store again.

I've never been a fan of buying costumes online but the one that I bought from this company is top quality, the fit was awesome, the look was unbeatable. Unfortunately I had to return it for a different size, I requested the customer service people to ship it out as soon as possible so I can have it for Saturday before Halloween and deal done.

I bought nine bikinis last June for our beauty pageant in Orlando. The fit of the bottoms was awesome so I bought two tank tops last months but when I tried them on, I didn't like the fit.

I sent the order back with not problem at all, I forgot to request a RMA#, I emailed the customer service people and got my refund 12 days later.

I ordered over $600.00 from this company and even the large size was still small for me... definitely, the outfits are not for big girls :(( I called them and "Myra" was really nice to me, I returned the clothing with no problem at all.

It's a misconception that big girls don't work out, when am I going to find stylish activewear designed for a bigger frame like mine.

I am a full-figured girl and I'm tired of going around my gym in drawstring sweats and shapeless tees. We need plus size sportswear!!!!

We bought three tank tops for mother's day. My sister and I, we weren't sure if the delivery was going to be on time, we exchanged a few emails and the customer care person was very helpful and gave us great advice on sizing and gift’s shipping, the three tops arrived the Saturday before Mother’s and my mom absolutely loved them. We hope they can offer more Holiday discounts, this one only lasted a day!

I have been a customer of this store since 2009 and I have never had a problem with any order or return. The lines of clothing and the designs are better and better every year, the prices are reasonable and the service is great.

The only downside that I see is: they should issue more discount coupons. Three or four per year is really not enough!

I ordered eight pants from this site. We needed an specific style for my zumba class annual performance.

They sent us a few options by email, the ladys on the phone were patient and understanding. We placed the order a little late but the package arrived just on time.

My students couldn't love more the quality and comfort their products. It was a success!!

I have been ordering all my gym outfits from this company for the past five years and never had a problem with any shipment or return. I was in a bodybuilding contest in Germany last month and they sent two emergency shorts over there that saved me from a big headache.
